Salary: LGS Scale 3 – 4 Depending on experience

The Blue School CofE Primary, a welcoming and vibrant Church of England primary in the heart of Isleworth, is seeking a School Business and Pupil Services Administrator to join our friendly team.
About the Role:
This varied role is at the heart of our school community. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing a warm welcome and efficient administrative support. You will oversee the administration of school trips, after-school clubs, and music tuition—making a real difference to the enrichment opportunities available to our pupils.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception and general administrative duties in a busy school office
- Coordinating the booking and administration of school trips, including permissions and risk assessments
- Managing after-school clubs administration, including registration, staffing liaison, and parent communications
- Scheduling, invoicing, and coordinating in-school and external music tuition
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience with school management systems and Microsoft Office (desirable)
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
